Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, installing, or using RetouchLab ("the Plugin"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use the Plugin.

RetouchLab is operated by Skaiste Gulbinaite ("we", "us", "our").

License

When you purchase RetouchLab, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Plugin. This means:

• You may install and use the Plugin on your own computer(s) for your personal or professional work
• You may use the Plugin on multiple devices that you own or control
• You may use the Plugin for commercial projects (client work, prints, publications)

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the Plugin with others
• Modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the Plugin source code
• Include the Plugin in any other product or bundle for distribution
• Share your license with other users or studios

Pricing and Payment

RetouchLab is sold as a one-time purchase at the price listed on our website. All prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes where required. Payments are processed securely through Shopify.

Delivery

The Plugin is delivered digitally. After purchase, you will receive instructions to download and install the Plugin. No physical product is shipped.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, we generally do not offer refunds after download. However, if the Plugin does not work as described and we cannot resolve the issue, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at info@skaistegulbe.com.

EU consumers have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Directive. If you are an EU consumer, your legal rights are not affected by this policy.

System Requirements

The Plugin requires:

• Adobe Photoshop 2022 (v23.3.0) or later
• Windows 10+ or macOS 11+
• 8-bit RGB color mode (the Plugin handles conversion automatically)

It is your responsibility to ensure your system meets these requirements before purchasing. System requirements are listed on our website and product page.

Intellectual Property

RetouchLab, including its code, design, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of Skaiste Gulbinaite. Your purchase grants you a license to use the Plugin, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

All images you create or edit using the Plugin remain entirely yours. We claim no rights to your work.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Plugin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive to ensure the Plugin works reliably, we do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any damage to your files, system, or workflow resulting from use of the Plugin.

We recommend always working on copies of your images and saving your work regularly.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of the Plugin shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Plugin.

Updates

We may release updates to the Plugin from time to time. Updates may include bug fixes, new features, or compatibility improvements. We are not obligated to provide updates indefinitely.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these Terms of Service, particularly if you redistribute or resell the Plugin. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Plugin.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lithuania, without prejudice to your rights as an EU consumer to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
