These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of RetouchLab Skin Pro ("the Plugin"), developed and published by MB "SGM Creative" ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Lithuania.
By purchasing or using the Plugin, you agree to these Terms.
RetouchLab Skin Pro is a UXP plugin for Adobe Photoshop that provides skin retouching tools including frequency separation and dodge & burn functionality. The Plugin runs entirely within Adobe Photoshop and processes images locally on your computer.

Prices are listed on the Adobe Exchange product page and may be updated from time to time. All payments are processed by Adobe and their payment partner FastSpring.
All sales are final. No refunds are offered.
RetouchLab Skin Pro is a digital product. Due to the nature of digital goods, all purchases are non-refundable once the license is delivered. We encourage you to review the product description, system requirements, and demo materials on our website before purchasing.

It is your responsibility to ensure your system meets these requirements before purchasing. The Plugin works offline and does not require an internet connection after installation.
One-time purchase customers receive all future updates to the Plugin at no additional cost. Updates are delivered through the Adobe Creative Cloud marketplace. We are not obligated to provide updates on any specific schedule, but we aim to continuously improve the Plugin.
We provide email support for technical issues related to the Plugin. Support is available at info@tryretouchlab.com. We aim to respond within 48 hours on business days.

Support does not cover general Photoshop training, retouching technique education, or issues caused by third-party software conflicts.
The Plugin, including its code, design, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of MB "SGM Creative". All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
Photos and images you create or edit using the Plugin are entirely yours. We claim no rights over your work.
The Plugin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive to ensure the Plugin works reliably, we do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all system configurations.
We are not responsible for any data loss, image corruption, or other damages resulting from use of the Plugin. We recommend maintaining backups of your original files.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MB "SGM Creative" shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Plugin. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Plugin.
We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Plugin and delete all copies. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lithuania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
For consumers within the European Union: these Terms do not affect your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
